BodyBuilding
We have a large
Free Weights area packed with plate loaded machines and a huge selection of Dumbells ranging up to 70kg!
Your gains just got real.
Olympic Lifting
On our Ground Floor we have 6 lifting platforms that are ideal for all your Oly Lifts. Coupled with 3 rigs for pull ups, dead hangs and more!
Functional Training
On the First Floor we offer all the space to practice those functional movements. We also have a large selection of AirBikes, Ski-Ergs and Rowers to spice up those WODs!
Fitness Classes
N-MAC is home to unique fitness classes, FitBlast, Early Bird, Strong and HY-MAC.
They are classes like no other offering something for everyone!

The Power of Health is located on our first floor and boasts a wide array of supplements. Stocking only the best brands including STROM Sports from Shrewsbury.
